The Hot Wheels City Track Accessory track pieces work with other similar track and Hot Wheels City play sets. These tracks also will connect to Hot Wheels standard orange track using the blue connectors.I bought this additional track because I needed an intersection to use with similar City Track and City play sets I previously purchased. The only drawback to Hot Wheels City is not quality per se, but simple engineering to make different pieces work together in a logical layout. The City Track lengths and even the City play sets are poorly thought-out regarding compatible lengths and randomly located attachment points for tracks to play sets. For example, you can’t easily lay a track using straights, curves and intersections, because the dimensions of those 3 section types are not whole nor half multiples of the other types. That turns out to make it very, very hard to assemble anything but straight roads or simple rectangular loops. You can’t even make a looped road with intersections crossing the middle–like a big ‘8’–because you won’t be able to fit straight sections between the intersections. It’s just about impossible to build a meaningful Hot Wheels city. The various play sets and track pieces absolutely will not align to let “buildings” and “streets” lay out or line up similar to how the world really works. You really cannot build “cities” with this sub-line of Hot Wheels. Had I known from the start, I would just have bought orange track, which is much cheaper and easier to use than this brown City Track.

At $1.99 these were worth it. My son loves building roads between his Hot Wheels City structures. But I wouldnโt buy these for $8+.

Bought several Hot Wheels Track packages for our 6-year-old grandson for his birthday and for Christmas. He loved them all. Immediately put them together and has played hours with them. No problems with them at all.

Awesome

The image shows a t-interesection. We did not get a t-intersection. Read the fine print that says you will get random pieces.

Good product but too much money for 2 small pieces. Would be nice to have larger track sets
