I originally purchased this for my son but quickly upgraded to whole family fun. It has 4 cars so everybody can play.The track is easy to set up and there are raisers to make it fun. The controllers have an turbo mode . We have used it with batteries over a table to avoid trip hazards. Kids and adults have weekly races now !!!

I bought the Slot Car Race Track as a present for my sons and the good grades for this quarter….. but I am not sure whether the boys or my husband are enjoying it more. He even made me race him a couple of times….but I was defeated….;(….It is a colorful game, it has all the details for the track: signs, guardrail, and the cars are not too heavy!! According to my boys, half the fun was putting it together, and then figuring it out as they played….!!!It was very easy to put away when they finished playing, so ‘they would not lose any piece’.Plastic is sturdy and seems like it will last for many races. Overall, very happy with it.

Overall the grandkids ages 5-8 loved this and played with it for hours. It is well built and in fact was slightly challenging to put pieces of track together because it was so tight and not yet broken in. Only real issue was once it got going the cars would fly off the track. But we got it to work for the most part and would definitely recommend for first time race track.
