   Ok I was a little leery on this being less than $10 but omg worth every penny!!! My kid loves hot wheels and marbles and there are so few options for race style tracks (the $14 gas station race kit didn’t sell me because it looked flimsy) this one is built well though and can be put anywhere for the height, it’s also SUPER POWERFUL! You will definitely need additional track to make it longer, and with the right placement this would work for loops too. My son is 4 and can operate it on his own, but because of the force needed he needs to push both yellow buttons back at the same time because it’s a little stiff if pushing one only and he needs to push down hard on the button but in reality because of the force behind the push this isn’t a bad thing, it makes it worth the effort to have a real race! Highly recommend for anyone looking to keep their kids more hands on with their toys and hours of entertainment! He’s even tried marbles and bouncy balls, don’t let them point to a window though haha it’s that strong

   Launcher has a good bit of oompf behind it on the max setting. Low setting is still plenty powerful, but doesn’t slam cars into the stop barrier we put down. On the low setting, cars make it down the 8ft of track ending in an incline and still hit the stopper hard enough we have to adjust it every third run. Not too loud, but enough to startle the kid the first go or two. Only real down side is the short sections of track it comes with, and the launcher box is not long enough to contain other track sections.

   One of my sons saved up his money and asked me to order this several years ago. It has provided consistent entertainment for my boys. They have found many ways to use it, left it out in the yard, buried it in their closet, tossed it around, and it still works just fine. I think they’ve replaced the original rubber band with regular ones. These boys are hard on their toys – breaking things my husband and I never remember getting broken in our childhood. But this one has lasted. We don’t have very many hot wheels tracks, but they still enjoy this piece.

   Sturdy enough, easy to use but closing not ideal for child. Have to lift lid up and over to close or lid will end up breaking. But Grandson liked it.

   This launcher is sturdy, has different settings for speed and one button launches both lanes. So there’s no question of who pressed the button too early. It’s all on the performance of the specific car who wins the race. I also removed the pin in the hinges to get rid of the box that it unfolds from so it’s more clean looking when drag racing your cars. The box is still some what usable for storing cars or small track pieces. So yes parents this is a great set for your kids and collectors who play with their cars I haven’t had a better launcher than this one.

   I was expecting something medium size. It’s an Xmas gift so hopefully it’ll serve its purpose.
