We didn’t use as an advent calendar, but as a potty training rewards! My son absolutely refused to pee on the potty until I waved these little guys in front of his face. Hey, I’m not beyond a little bribery… They are a pretty great deal for 24 of them and have some interesting designs. The trains were a little hard to get out of the box and you have to be careful punching out the circles if you want to use them as ornaments. However, the trains are sturdy and have survived being thrown on the floor and dragged all around in a wagon with books on top of them by a 2 year old. Absolutely would buy again. We’re still not completely potty trained, but Thomas & Friends sure helped us a lot!

Every year I have gotten an advent calendar for my son, who is autistic. When they started with the mini Thomas trains, he was over the moon. He is so excited every morning to get a new train. I hope they continue for a long time. These are very nice, colorful, and sturdy toys.

We got my 3yr old son the 2021 advent calendar last year and he loved it so of course Iβm doing it again. These are such cute little engines and loved opening each morning. He still plays with them. However, this calendar isnβt as fun as last years. Itβs very plain and simple. But even still itβs going to be super fun for him.

Super cute, boxed nice. Calendar is really neat. Each day is behind a perforated picture and once you push the day out the train car is behind it. You canβt reuse the box the next year. For the price I was hoping it was reusable. He will still love it!

This is my son’s 3rd Thomas mini advent calendar. The minis are always cute and well made. We’ve only opened one so far, but the quality seems the same as the others we’ve had. The nice extra is the cover for each day is a round thicker cardboard picture of a train that can be used as a Christmas tree ornament. It was a nice surprise. Let your kids know ahead of time the picture isn’t a giveaway of the train inside. The first “ornament” cover was Nia but the first train wasn’t actually a train at all. It was BERTIE! One of our family’s favorites. Enjoy!

These trains are beautiful and well made. We got it for 2.5 year old boy and he is very excited to open a new train every day. The box is sturdy enough that he can open each window himself without ruining the whole box. They all connect together and you can even attach them to the battery powered regular Thomas (or other train alike) only backwards)) but it will tug them all! If you are aware that they are tiny trains and not regular sized I donβt think there is anything to complain about. Very happy with our advent choice this year

All the mini trains fit together with little hooks and are compatible with previous years Thomas calendars. We have gotten these 3 years in a row. There are a few repeat train pieces from previous years, but a lot of unique ones and my 5 year old loves connecting them all and pulling them around.
