I bought this for my 4-year-old grandson for Christmas. I haven’t given it to him yet but we took it out of the box to make sure everything was okay. He’s astronaut crazy right now and this toy really impressed me. Lots of things to do playing with all the vehicles and the astronauts. The carrying handle is a great idea. The rockets he has now don’t have any interactive features. Can’t wait to see his face when he gets this.

I bought this rocket toy in particular because the 3 and 1/2 year old boys want toys with ramps, door that open, wheels, buttons to push. They want lots of parts that move. This fit the bill perfectly. I got one rocket for each of them. They can roll the moon rover out and open and close the compartments to their heart’s content. The astronaut can sit in his seat and then push be pushed up hydraulically to the dome of the spaceship. The kids can open the dome at the top of the rocket as well. The sound button does the countdown from 5-4-3-2-1 and then makes a rocket sound. The manufacturers very cleverly built a handle onto the rocket so it can be “flown” or just carried around by it. A couple of little shortcomings (but I would still buy the toy again), is that the backpacks must be removed from the astronauts in order for them to fit in the pilot’s seat or in the rover. So, the packs wont really be used much and can easily be lost. It is hard to little hands to “press” the astronaut into the cockpit, because the bump in the middle of the seat has to fit between the astronauts legs. But, the kids will eventually figure out the astronaut’s chair has to be in the low position, so the kids can push hard to get him/her in. Then they can raise up the chair platform to the dome.

My son really loves this toy and it holds up well. My only complaint which is a big one is that the doors keep coming off. It’s a big pain to keep putting the doors back on. My son is 2 years old so perhaps an older child may not have such a problem with the doors.

We wanted to send a fun toy to our little grandson for Easter. He absolutely loves it! We don’t live close to him but his parents tell us he sleeps with it !He especially loves the astronauts and their “car”.We are just delighted with his reaction to our gift. We’re planning to add some books so his Mom and Dad can read to him and he can use his imagination even more !He loves it ?

The spaceship was large and I really liked that it did not have so many pieces to keep up with. My Grandson loved it! It was a big hit.

My 3-year-old son has been wanting a spaceship (spaceshit lol) for a while. Ive been looking out everywhere i go. I finally decided to order him one and I was NOT expecting what we got!! This spaceship is HUGE! its awesome! My sons hands fit inside to play with the astronauts inside the ship. we didnt even notice it did a countdown and makes a blastoff sound until a couple of days later so that was a big plus! the fact that it comes with 2 astronauts with cars is great so he can play with siblings together. We love this toy!! very happy this is the one we decided on!

This was a Christmas gift for my 3 year old. I was pleasantly surprised at the size, it’s much bigger than I thought. My son loves this toy and the handle is great because it makes it easier for him to take places (my mom’s for the afternoon).

This was a fun toy with learning capability about the space program.
